General Destitution Fund

BLC's General Destitution Fund has very limited funding to assist people who are wholly destitute and who have "no recourse to public funds".

People who have at any time claimed asylum should be referred to the Asylum-Seekers' Destitution Fund rather than to the General Destitution Fund.
